Our state-of-the art metal finishing facility operated by fully trained and experienced staff, consists of an Immersion Degrease and Phosphate Pre-Treatment System, an 'on-line' Finishing Booth for powder coating, a Motorised Conveyor capable of speeds of up to 3 metres per minute and a 10 metre double pass gas fired re-circulating oven, which enables us to offer a fast and efficient service.

To compliment our on-line system we have an 'off-line' Dry-Back Spray Booth complete with 4 metre X 3 metre Box Oven for coating of larger components and single items.

The combination of an 'on-line' and 'off-line' system gives us the versatility to coat components of all shapes and sizes, from the small automotive brakets to the larger switchgear housing cabinets. Many of our own coated displays are used in the larger, nationwide supermarkets (shown opposite), which have stringent quality standards.
